Everything was superb, its location and staff, plus excellent wi-fi. I got free upgrade and loved it. They made my stay peaceful. Beautiful views and gorgeous garden.

My stay here was fine. Amazingly friendly staff and great service, ideal location. The food was fabulous with lots of choice! Spotless and KIND hotel in Waikiki district.

Facilities were good standard, even so Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The staff was efficient, and the restaurant was brilliant! We had an economy double room which was very classy and well laid out. Lovely pool and own beach.

Queen room overlooks city and includes a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator. There is restaurant Kai Coffee Hawaii at the premises.
